Good overview LGreen This book gives a good a easy to understand overview of the major areas of employment law. Mostly the black letter rule with light treatment on the rationale. However the book does cite the cases the rules are derived from. I would have given it four stars if it had given the context of a few more of the cases. But then again one can simply look
