"worst textbook ever" according to Disgruntled Law Student. It is outrageous that this book is being used in law school classrooms. I am shocked by the amount of grammatical and spelling mistakes in the book. Much worse than that, however, the substance of the book was abysmal. There was very little explanation of the sections in Article Nine. The book was mostly the Article Nine reprinted with hypothetical problems.
