K. Jaros said Falls Apart. This is your basic Uniform Commercial Code book. Having the official comments right next to each code section makes this book easy to use. I had no problems finding what I needed. However, the quality of the binding is horrible. After three months of law school use, almost every page has become loose and the thing is just completely falling apart. No other code book has done that to me.. "Decent resource, but pagination is difficult to read." according to S.Steamer. This book has exactly what you would expect. The only downside is the fact that the code sections are listed on the inside upper corners of the pages, making it difficult to quickly flip to the section you are looking for. The publisher assured me that this would be corrected on the next edition.
