This book was not what I had expected, it’s neither here nor there. If it wanted to be horror is too bland, if it wanted to be noir it’s too gross, and if it wanted to be comedy the hilarity just isn’t there.The writing style is rambling at best, a deliberate choice from the author, but the why is lost on me as it doesn’t enhance the reading experience, the contrary I would say.
