Not "Acing Civil Procedure," that's for sure C. Morris After using "Acing Civil Procedure" for that class, I had high hopes for this book. Though there were different authors, I had hoped that the same list-based system would be applied in this book as well. While there were some lists, they seemed forced and added just to have it fit within the series. It didn't seem to have a clear path or point. What I eventually found to be most helpful was looking up law review articles that dealt with major SCOTUS cases. Looks like nothing will live up to "Acing Civil Procedure!". Not a fan Caramel Crusader I was not a fan of this book after buying it. It was not very helpful and ended up sitting on my desk during the exam period. Look to another supplement for help. I used the Emanuel book and the Siegel Q&A series which were both very helpful.. Good Book K This book had a positive impact on my final exam. It helped me organize the elements for each section of the material. I was able to make sure I covered everything by reading this book. I got a B+ overall.
It also synthesizes the material in a way that most students are unable to do on their own, and assembles the different issues, presenting a clear guide to procedural analysis that students can draw upon when writing their exams. Other study aids provide sample problems, but none offers the systematic approach to problem solving found in this book.. This study aid features an innovative method of content organization. It uses a checklist format to lead students through questions they need to ask to fully evaluate the legal problem they are trying to solve
